Top Notch Trainers:  "Lock, Load, and Learn: Elevate Your Firearm Skills with Confidence"

NRA CCW CLASS

NRA CCW - Comprehensive 16-Hour Maryland Handgun Qualification Course

Course Overview: Our NRA CCW course is designed to meet the requirements for obtaining the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) and the Handgun Permit (HGP), commonly known as the Wear & Carry Permit. This comprehensive 16-hour course covers all essential aspects of firearm ownership and self-defense, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to responsibly carry a concealed handgun.

Topics Covered: Our course delves into a wide range of critical topics, including Maryland Firearms Laws, Suicide Prevention, Home Firearm Safety, Handgun Mechanisms and Operation, pistol selection for self-defense, ammunition knowledge, basic defensive pistol skills, drawing from concealment, loading and stoppage remediation, and the importance of having the proper mindset to carry a gun for protection.

COST: $250

Live Fire Training: Participants will engage in live fire training and a shooting qualification to ensure they are proficient in the safe use of firearms.

Hands-On Learning: The course combines classroom instruction with hands-on learning. It includes a segment on handgun selection, holster options, carry positions, cover garments, and more.

State-of-the-Art Laser Ammo Shooting Simulator: Following the classroom portion, we introduce you to our cutting-edge Laser Ammo Shooting Simulator. This simulator offers unique training opportunities not typically available elsewhere. Here, you will reinforce the "Basic Fundamentals" learned in the classroom and develop "Basic Defensive Handgun Skills" in a controlled and less stressful environment. The use of Laser emitting firearms and modern technologies reduces the need for extensive live fire training, saving time without compromising skill development.

Kinesthetic Awareness: Through incremental conditioning, students develop "Kinesthetic Awareness" (muscle memory) and improve their proficiency.

Judgment Training: The simulator also introduces students to the critical aspect of judgment training, helping to enhance decision-making skills in realistic scenarios.

Scenario Training: At the conclusion of the regular classroom training, students apply what they've learned in scenario-based training.
